Sken.io pricing, worked out in checks per day

How many pages each Sken.io plan really covers at daily, hourly and one-minute schedules, and what AyeWatch does differently for the money.

Sken.io pricing looks almost too simple: three plans, each a monthly bundle of checks, all able to check a page every minute. For a founder deciding what to put on the company card, the number on the plan matters less than how fast your schedule eats the bundle. This piece does that arithmetic, then sets it next to AyeWatch, which costs more to start and which we think is the better buy for most small teams watching competitors and markets.

The plans

From the Sken.io pricing page, checked October 2026:

Plan Price Checks per month
Trial Free for 14 days 140
Basic EUR 3/mo 500
Standard EUR 12/mo 3,000
Enterprise EUR 45/mo 15,000
Custom Contact sales Custom

Every paid plan allows intervals from one minute to one month. Extra checks can be bought in bundles. There is a full refund within 30 days of a payment, and you can cancel at any time. An annual billing option exists, but its prices are not listed on the static page, so we leave them out.

What a check buys you

One check is one visit to one page. That makes the cost a function of two numbers: how many pages and how often.

Schedule per page Checks per month (30 days) Pages on Basic Pages on Standard Pages on Enterprise
Daily 30 16 100 500
Every 6 hours 120 4 25 125
Hourly 720 0 4 20
Every 15 minutes 2,880 0 1 5
Every minute 43,200 0 0 0

The last row is the one to notice. Sken.io's own FAQ points out that a one-minute monitor spends 1,440 checks a day, which drains Basic in about eight hours. Fast intervals are real, but they are for short windows such as a launch day or a ticket release, not for leaving on all month.

For a founder watching ten competitor pages once a day, Sken.io costs EUR 3 a month. That is very cheap, and it is fair to say so.

The cost that is not on the invoice

The check bundle pays for detection. It does not pay for reading. Each Sken.io alert says the boxed area looks different or reads differently. Someone on your team opens it, compares the snapshots and decides whether it matters. Element removal takes out cookie bars, popups and rotating ads, which helps. Testimonials, hero images, A/B test variants and date stamps still trigger alerts.

At ten pages, that is a few minutes a week. At fifty pages with faster schedules, it becomes a job.

How AyeWatch prices the same work

AyeWatch has a Free Preview of three lifetime runs across up to three topics, with no card. Paid plans start at $9 a month, and you can cancel at any time. The real difference is in what each check produces.

You write a rule in plain English, for example "alert me when they launch a new plan, change a price or remove a feature from the comparison table". AyeWatch reads each change against it and sends a short summary only when it matches. The reading step your team was doing is done before the alert.

Other things in the price that matter to a small team:

  • Topics as well as pages. A topic monitor searches over a billion sources, so a competitor's funding round or a regulation change reaches you without a URL.
  • Social monitoring. X, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, filtered the same way.
  • Delivery. Push and the feed on every plan, on web, iOS and Android. Email, daily digest email, Slack, Discord, webhooks and the REST API on paid plans.

The comparison a founder cares about

Sken.io is cheaper per month, and if you need a visual record of a page or one-minute checks during a short window, it is the right tool. AyeWatch costs a few dollars more and replaces the time someone spends reading diffs. For most founders that time is the larger cost.
